Refunds and Cancellations

If you need to cancel a Confirmed gig, your refund amount depends on the DJ's specific Cancellation Policy, which you agreed to when you accepted the proposal.

How to Cancel

1. Go to your Bookings tab.
2. Select the Confirmed event.
3. Click Cancel Booking.
4. The system will calculate your refund based on the policy and process it immediately.

Standard DJ Policies

DJs can choose one of three policies for their profile:

• Flexible: Full refund if canceled at least 7 days before the event.
• Moderate: Full refund if canceled at least 14 days before the event.
• Strict: Full refund if canceled at least 30 days before the event; 50% refund if canceled between 14-29 days.

Note: The DJfindr Service Fee is non-refundable unless the DJ cancels the event.
