Off-Platform Payments

If a DJ asks you to pay them via CashApp, Zelle, Venmo, or cash instead of accepting the Proposal through the DJfindr platform, do not agree.

Why This is Dangerous

• No Protection: If you pay off-platform, DJfindr cannot guarantee your money, enforce a cancellation policy, or issue a refund if the DJ doesn't show up.
• Policy Violation: It is a direct violation of our Terms of Service for a DJ to solicit off-platform payments for a gig booked through DJfindr.

What to Do

Politely remind the DJ that you prefer to pay through the secure DJfindr checkout. If they refuse or become aggressive, please click Report User in the chat menu immediately so our Trust & Safety team can intervene.
