Missing Booking Confirmation

If you paid for a Proposal but can't find the confirmation:

1. Check your email spam/junk folder for an email from `bookings@djfindr.com`.
2. Log into your DJfindr dashboard and click the Bookings tab. Look under the Confirmed section.
3. Check your bank or credit card statement to verify that the charge actually went through successfully.

If you see the charge on your bank statement but the booking still says "Proposed" in your dashboard, contact DJfindr Support immediately with a screenshot of the charge.
