Reporting a No-Show DJ

A DJ failing to show up for a Confirmed event is incredibly rare, but we take it extremely seriously.

What to Do

1. Contact the DJ: Check their profile for an emergency phone number. Call and text them first to ensure there wasn't a sudden emergency or miscommunication about the venue.
2. Contact DJfindr Support: If the event start time has passed and they are unreachable, contact DJfindr Support immediately via the chat widget in your dashboard.

Our Guarantee

If a DJ fails to show up, you will receive a 100% full refund immediately. The DJ's account will be temporarily suspended pending an investigation and they will likely be permanently removed from the platform.
