Signing up takes about a minute.

## Sign up

1. Select **Sign up** in the top navigation, or start a booking request and you'll be prompted.
2. On the first screen, choose **I'm looking to hire a DJ**, then **Continue**.
3. Enter your **First Name** and **Email**, and set a password.
4. Tick the box agreeing to our terms and policies.
5. Select **Signup**.

Or use **or continue with** at the bottom and pick **Google** or **Facebook** — no password to manage.

## Password requirements

- Longer than 10 characters
- A capital letter
- A number
- A symbol or other non-alphanumeric character

## Use an email you check

This is where proposals, payment reminders, and messages from your DJ arrive. On a deposit booking, the reminder that your balance is due goes here — and missing it means the event is canceled and the deposit forfeited.

## Verify your email

We send a verification link. Open it to continue. If it hasn't arrived, check spam, then use the resend link.

## Then onboarding

## If you have an invite code

Select **Have an invite code?** and enter it before signing up. Optional — you don't need one.

## Client and DJ accounts are separate

If you picked the wrong one, you can't convert it yourself. Contact **support@djfindr.com** rather than creating a second account with the same details.
