Once your event is confirmed, you can add it to whatever calendar you use.

## How

1. Open your event and go to the **Event Details** tab.
2. Select **Add to calendar**.
3. Pick your calendar — Google, Apple, or Outlook, or download an ICS file for anything else.

The entry carries the date, time, and venue.

## Check the timezone

The **Event Details** tab shows the event time, your **Local Time**, and a timezone chip. If you're booking a venue in a different timezone from where you live, look at both before you trust the calendar entry.

## What the entry doesn't do

It's a snapshot, not a live link. If anything about the booking changes afterwards, your calendar entry won't update — delete it and add it again.

## Set your own reminders

The calendar entry covers the event. Two other dates are worth adding yourself:

**Your remaining balance due date**, if you're on a deposit booking. It falls 7 days before the event, and missing it means the event is canceled and the deposit is forfeited. The exact date is on your confirmed event.

**Your cancellation deadline**, from your proposal terms. The last day you can cancel for a full refund. If there's any chance your plans might change, this is the single most useful reminder you can set.

## Sharing with others

Add it to a shared calendar if you're planning with someone else, or forward the entry. Anyone helping run the day benefits from having the DJ's hours in front of them.

## Blocking the right hours

The entry covers the DJ's performance hours, not your whole event. If you're building a running order, remember the DJ arrives before their start time to set up — check with them what they need.
