Your details are under **Settings → Account**, in the **Personal** section.

## What's here

- **First & Last Name**
- **Birthdate**
- **Email Address**
- **Phone Number**

Select **Edit** to change them.

## Changing your email

Email is your login, so it has an extra step.

1. Select **Change** next to **Email Address**.
2. Confirm your current password.
3. Enter the **New Email**.
4. Select **Change**.

Use an address you'll keep. Booking updates, payment confirmations, and password resets go there. If you have an event coming up, don't switch to an address you rarely check.

## Your phone number

Keep it current if you've enabled SMS notifications — see [Choosing Which Notifications You Receive](/hc/clients/articles/account-settings-and-notification-preferences-clients). It's also worth having accurate ahead of an event, though you should swap direct numbers with your DJ for the day itself.

## What your DJ sees

## Password

## Appearance

**Preferences** has **Platform Appearance** for light or dark mode.

## Before an event

Worth a quick check that your email is right, your phone number is current, and your notification preferences will actually reach you. A remaining balance reminder that goes to an old address is the most expensive thing on this page to get wrong.
