Your account is at one of four statuses. Almost always it's Active and you'll never see this.
| Status | What it means | Can you log in? |
|---|---|---|
| Active | Everything's normal | Yes |
| Onboarding | You haven't finished setup | Yes, into onboarding |
| Deactivated | You deactivated it | No |
| Restricted | Access has been restricted | No |
Onboarding
You signed up but haven't completed the short onboarding dialog — verifying your email and entering your details. Finish it and you're Active. See Finishing Onboarding: Verify Email and Personal Details.
Deactivated
You chose to deactivate. Logging in tells you so and asks you to contact support.
Email [email protected] from the address on the account to have it reactivated. See Deactivating Your Account.
Restricted
Access has been restricted because platform rules were broken. You'll be told to contact support.
This is uncommon for clients. The usual causes are abusive messages or repeated attempts to move bookings off-platform.
What to do
Contact [email protected] from the account email. Ask what caused it and what's needed to resolve it.
What not to do
Don't create a second account. You'd lose your events, receipts, documents, and conversations, and it doesn't resolve the original situation.
If you have an upcoming event
This is the urgent case. If your account is blocked and you have a booking coming up — particularly with a balance due — contact support immediately. A deposit booking whose balance isn't paid by its due date is canceled and the deposit forfeited, and being locked out isn't something you can fix on your own.
Email [email protected] with your Event Proposal ID and explain the situation.
Where to see it
The status only surfaces when it blocks something. An account working normally is Active.
