Everything about your booking can be downloaded and kept.
Your proposal
On the Progress tab, Download gives you a PDF of the full proposal — the service breakdown, totals, and all the terms.
Worth doing when the proposal arrives, not just after you accept. It gives you something to compare against if a revised version comes through.
Your documents
The Documents tab lists every agreement attached to your booking. Each row has a download icon, and the document dialog has a Download button.
Once a document is completed, the downloadable version includes the Completion Details — the date, the name and email of whoever completed it, and the signature if there was one. That's the record, and it's worth keeping.
What to save, and where
At minimum:
- The proposal PDF — what you agreed and what it cost
- The cancellation and refund document — the deadline and what happens after it
- Any document you signed
Save them somewhere you'll find them without logging in. If you're planning with a partner or a coordinator, share them — a second person knowing the cancellation deadline has saved plenty of deposits.
Your receipts
On the Payments tab, expand a payment and select View Receipt. Worth saving if you're claiming the cost back, splitting it, or filing it for a business event.
Your event details
The Event Details tab has the confirmed date, time, duration, timezone, and venue, plus Add to calendar. See Adding Your Event to Your Calendar.
Access afterwards
Your completed events stay in your account, so you can come back for a document or receipt later. Downloading anyway is sensible for anything you might need in a hurry.
Sharing with a venue or planner
The proposal PDF is often what a venue wants to see for a supplier's arrival time and equipment. Send them the PDF rather than your login.
